Training sessions at Excel are 30 minutes of Hybrid HIIT speed training using various disciplines and styles, giving you maximum benefit. Short work - quick results!

Small group and 1:1 sessions are run at our studio in Nantwich or you via live workouts throughout the day.

Sessions vary to continuously challenge muscle groups therefore each session combination is different, be it Kettlebell/Medicine ball work, TRX, Power Plate, Body Weight or Free Weight training alongside other training disciplines such as Yoga and Pilates.

You'll never know what the session will entail but we know you'll enjoy everything you do with us.

We understand the challenges faced by parents of young children who want to work out, therefore at Excel Fitness you are welcome to bring babies or non-mobile toddlers who can safely sit in a bouncer or car seat while.
