Training sessions at Excel are 30 minutes of Hybrid HIIT speed training using various disciplines and styles, giving you maximum benefit. Short work - quick results!
Sessions vary to continuously challenge muscle groups therefore each session combination is different, be it Kettlebell/Medicine ball work, TRX, Power Plate, Body Weight or Free Weight training alongside other training disciplines such as Yoga and Pilates.
You'll never know what the session will entail but we know you'll enjoy everything you do with us.
We understand the challenges faced by parents of young children who want to work out, therefore at Excel you are welcome to bring small children to enjoy the comfy area to sit and play in direct eye contact of the open access training room.
